The product and money returns policy is governed by article 9. Refund and Returns Policy of this website’s Terms of Use.

Given that the Medication Diary adhesive label is a product customized by the buyer and printed with their details, returns for this type of product are accepted only if the product exhibits:

1. printing defects
2. defects in the sticker label paper quality
3. damage caused during shipping

Returns of label dispensers are accepted within 14 calendar days.

The cost of return is determined by the volume and weight of the package.

For defective products, returns are free of charge.

Unsealed products are not accepted.

Returns are made via the home pickup service, which is initiated through the return request.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the customer has explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer is not charged any fees as a result of said return.
